werden auf der Convention diskutiert
Für Novicereiter soll es mehr Auszeichnungen wie
den Amateur Walk-Trot year-end award oder einen Novice Youth Superior
Award geben, in Sachen Tierschutz sollen Mitgliedsausschlüsse
anderer Verbände aufgrund von Verstößen dieser Art auch bei der
APHA zu einem Ausschluß führen.
Für Turnierreiter gibt es nur wenige Änderungen, die APHA denkt
über die Einführung der beliebten Ranch Horse Pleasures nach,
Leasing soll für Youth und Amateure möglich sein und die namentliche
Vorstellung von Reitern und Pferden soll bereits zu Beginn der
Prüfung erlaubt werden anstatt erst zur Siegerehrung.
Die APHA Convention 2014 beginnt am Freitag, den 21. Februar,
im Westin DFW Hotel direkt am Flughafen Dallas/Fort Worth Airport,
und läuft bis zum Sonntag, den 24. Februar.
